Driver applicants are asked to obtain & submit the following detail.

• Current NSW RMS registration certificate.

• Vehicle comprehensive insurance

• Workers compensation or accident and sickness policy

• Public Liability policy

• Transit or Marine Insurance

• Current RMS issued license report

• Current & valid NSW drivers license

• Copy Australian passport or vevo issued work clearance

• Criminal CHECK report.

• Health Questionnaire and medical clearance report forms as provided

• ABN/ACN detail

• 3 years work history, if available

• Bluecard, (if held)

• Fork Lift or Dangerous goods licenses where applicable.

work agreements as provided including Drug / alcohol policy, CoR awareness and compliance.
